What is Hatching, When and

Some of the streams in the Mid-West states
of
Arkansas and Missouri are well know
and others are not; and it seems that most
locals just as soon keep it that way.
Numerous spring creeks and freestone
streams cooled by springs in the states of
Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa and Michigan
rival many of the nations top trout fisheries.
The famous trout streams of
Michigan need
no introduction.
Illinois and Indiana are not
to be left out. Most all of these streams
have a very diverse range of aquatic insects
that provide more than an ample amount of
trout food.
