The "Basics Series" programs teach beginners
what they need to know in order to get started
fly-fishing. There are
three programs:  
"The Basics of Fly-fishing", is a step-by-step
guide for beginners that takes them out on the water
and shows them how to catch fish.
"Getting Started" covers the tools used in
fly-fishing and helps anglers select the right gear and
flies for the particular type of fly-fishing they are
pursuing.
"Knots and Rigging Technique"
covers all the
knots and rigging techniques a fly angler needs to
know.
