Colorado's Fryingpan River is one of the state's great trout streams. Although this part of the
stream is a tailwater, you can fish it from the banks or wade it most anytime without having to
worry about excessive discharges of water from the dam.
This stream is just full of huge trout. Catching them is usually something else although fishing is very
good. This image was taken just below the dam during the month of April.
